Hello, my name is Lellieth Keize, you can call me Lilly.  I am the owner and founder of Keize Nutrition Keys LLC. I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, certified Weight management specialist, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, and a certified lifestyle coach. I hold a Master's degree in Diabetes Education and  Management from Teacher's College Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of New Haven, and a Bachelor of Science in Cooperate communication from Southern CT State University. I spent most of my career educating individuals on diabetes management, cardiovascular diseases, weight management, renal disease, and disease prevention and helping people make lifestyle changes to live healthfully.

I am passionate about nutrition health and wellness. With more than a decade years of experience in multicultural nutrition counseling, I help individuals to continue to enjoy their ethnic foods but make healthier choices to suit their dietary needs and lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, reading, meditating, hiking, and taking long walks around my surrounding area. I believe in giving back to my community and feel empowered when people's health and physical needs are being met.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Glass, you can call me Liz.  I am a  Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RD-N) with Keize Nutrition Keys, LLC. I graduated from UCONN in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. After graduating, I discovered a passion for nutrition while taking a class at a local community college. Following my desire to work with people and share my passion for food with others, I obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Haven in 2017. I recently obtained my Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of New Haven

I currently work as a Clinical Registered Dietitian since obtaining my RD-N license in June of 2021. This has allowed me to gain valuable experience in medical nutrition therapy for a wide variety of chronic and acute illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Crohn's disease, ulcer colitis, and parenteral nutrition.  Liz also had the opportunity to obtain valuable experience in weight management and diabetes prevention when I interned with Keize Nutrition Keys to complete my advanced degree and prepare me for my license as an RD-N. My hobbies include billiards, inventing new recipes, and reading a good book curled up with my two cats.
