Hello, My name is Lilly, I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES). I am the owner and founder of Keize Nutrition Keys LLC. I spent most of my career educating individuals on diabetes management, cardiovascular diseases, weight management, renal disease, disease prevention, and helping people make lifestyle changes to live healthfully.
I am passionate about nutrition health and wellness. With more than 10 years of experience in multicultural nutrition counseling, I help individuals to continue to enjoy their ethnic foods but make healthier choices to suit their dietary needs and lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, reading, meditating, and taking long walks around my surrounding area. I believe in giving back to my community and feel empowered when people's health and physical needs are being met.
ELIZABETH GLASS, BS, RDN
Hello, my name is Liz Glass and I am a Registered Dietitian with Keize Nutrition Keys, LLC. I graduated from UCONN in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. After graduating, I discovered a passion for nutrition while taking a class at a local community college. Following my desire to work with people and share my passion for food with others, I obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Haven in 2017. Most recently, I graduated from the Unversity of New Haven Dietetic Internship. This allowed me to gain experience in many different areas of being a Dietitian. These areas include; Community Healthcare, Long Term Care, Nutrition Counseling, and Food Service Management. My hobbies include billiards, inventing new recipes, and reading a good book curled up with my two cats.
