Lean Green Smoothie

Try this protein packed, plant-based smoothie for a quick meal fix!

This Plant Based Smoothie is a fast and easy way to start your mornings (or for any time of day)! High protein and 2 servings of carbs, this is an energy boosting way to start your day. You can use your preference of plant-based milk. Please note that the recipe specifies silken tofu, this is the best consistency of tofu when making smoothies, as it will blend the easiest.


  • 6 oz Silken Tofu (about 1/3 of your typical package)

  • 2/3 cup plant-based milk of choice (soy, almond, or oat)

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


Directions should always be short and to the point.

  1. Add banana, spinach and milk to blender, blend until smooth.

  2. Add tofu and cinnamon and blend for another 30 seconds.

  3. If desired, add ice and blend to chill as desired.

  4. Pour into cup and enjoy!

Makes 1 serving.
